This leaflet is a die-cut of a can. The front panel begins on the lid with the title "Calumet Baking Powder Absolutely Pure" written in white lettering. Below, there is a Chief Calumet located in the center surrounded by phrases such as "Not made by trust," "Contents 1lb.," and "Calumet Baking Powder." The back panel is exactly the same as the front.
