Protection Against Imperfection
Description:
The front of the trade card features a drawn colored illustration of a Pilgrim with a gun guarding hams and other Cudahy meat products. The title "Protection Against Imperfection" is written in yellow lettering inside of the illustration. At the bottom, there is an illustration of six ramekins on a silver tray. The back of the trade card begins at the top with the heading "Cudahy's Diamond "C" Ham" and continues with a recipe for Baked in Ramekins. The recipe includes a list of all the ingredients needed plus detailed directions on how to prepare the dish. At the bottom, there is a paragraph addressed to "Madam" explaining more about the recipe above.
