The front cover features a drawn color illustration of a large pineapple with yellow cards representing each month of the year. The title "A Yearful of Canned Pineapple Treats" is written in red and black lettering against a white background. The back cover contains a promotion located inside of a white band. There are three drawn color illustrations above and below the white band including a glass filled with pineapple cubes, a bowl filled with pineapple cubes, and a plate with pineapple slices. The inside pages begin with a typed letter signed by Dorothy Hill. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that fall under the categories of breads, cakes, cookies, desserts, drinks, frozen dishes, meat, fish, pastries, and salads. Each recipe contains a list of all the ingredients needed plus detailed descriptions on how to prepare the dish. The back of the pamphlet is dedicated to all the months of the year and the recipes that go along with them. For example, for July, the recipe stated is Hula Hula. No page numbers.
