It's All In Knowing How
The front cover features a big circle filled with the color dark blue and the title "It's All In Knowing How" written in yellow lettering. On top of the circle and below, there are drawn color illustrations of roads going through a town with the phrases "In the home, in the garden, and on the farm" written in black lettering on the roads. In the top right corner, the phrase "A book of household hints" is stated in dark orange lettering against a light orange background. In the bottom right corner, the phrase "New uses for Arm & Hammer Baking Soda" is listed. The back cover also contains a dark blue circle with the phrase "New uses for Arm & Hammer Baking Soda" in orange and yellow lettering. There is an orange package of Arm and Hammer above the circle and a white package of Cow Brand Baking Soda below the circle. The front end page entails the heading "News" and is filled with a long paragraph describing the Bicarbonate of Soda. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to household tips and hints from Mrs. Anderson's notebook. Some topics include clean house, table setting, kitchen arrangement, entertains on Sunday night, stain removal, organizes a garden club, and her own laundering. There are also hints from Mr. Anderson's garage and Uncle Jerry comes to dinner. On page thirty five, there is a coupon for a free set of fifteen beautiful bird cards. The index is located on pages thirty six and thirty seven written in black and orange lettering.
