Deming's Salmon Recipe Book With Suggested Menus


The front and back covers of the pamphlet feature a wraparound color photograph of a platter with three sections of salmon, with pineapple, greens and lemon. Also included on the front portion of the photograph is the corner of a plate of biscuits, and on the back portion a corner of a plate of potato chips. Text on the front cover, within a white rectangle, reads Deming's Salmon Recipe Book With Suggested Menus. There is no text on the back cover. The title page indicates that the publication is authored by Dorothy Fisher. In addition to recipe pages (with color and black and white photographs) on the inside, there is also a two-page Story Of Salmon, plus two pages spotlighting Deming's Brands of salmon. Recipes are organized according to: Cocktails and Appetizers; Cocktails and Their Sauces; Tasty Hot Buffets; Delicious Hot Entrees; Pressure Cooker Quickies; Salads and Cold Plates; Salmon; Sandwiches; Sauces to Serve With Salmon.
