Both front and back covers are red, with a red silk string serving as a binding. Inside pages of the prospectus support building a sugar beet plant in Osborn, Ohio. A few black and white photographs are included. The page edges are rough cut. Included with the pamphlet is an original mailing envelope, with a printed return address, From R.R. Dickey Jr., Dayton, Ohio.
