Epicurean On Sea Food

The back is a plain green color. The front end page begins at the top with a drawn illustrations of a church and fish. Below, there is a brief paragraph describing Boston- America's Greatest Fish Port. Page one includes a letter by the author Charles R. Flanders followed by the company name and address listed at the bottom. Page two entails Foley's Sea Food History about Codfish. This includes descriptive paragraphs about the fish and different ways to cook it. There are pages exactly like this throughout the pamphlet for other Sea Foods such as Pollock, Mackerel, Black Sea Bass, Haddock, Swordfish, Lemon Sole, Deep Sea Whitefish, and Lobsters. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various Sea Food recipes. Each recipe includes the ingredients needed plus detailed directions on how to prepare the dish. There are charts located on pages thirty eight and thirty nine titled Shell Fish Count Chart, Weights and Measures, Oven Temperature Chart, and Quantities of Sea Food For Fifty Servings.
