Pages fourteen through twenty four entail various recipes for foods such as breads, cakes, cookies, muffins, pies, and icings. Each recipe includes the ingredients needed plus detailed descriptions on how to prepare the dish. There are two newspaper cut outs located inside that explain how E-A-CO Flour was made.
