Description:
The front of the trade card features a drawn color illustration of a little girl in a red and white dress holding two loaves of bread as she sits on a barrel of Daisy Roller Mills 196 Best Patent Milwaukee flour. The title "Lighter Than Air" is written in red lettering below the barrel. At the bottom, the company name and address is listed in blue lettering. The back of the trade card contains directions for making bread. There are three different sections named For Setting At Night, For Baking In The Morning, and Yeast Must Always Be Fresh. Every section has detailed directions on how to prepare the bread. At the bottom, "Arndt, Thompson & Co., 511 Chamber of Commerce Building, Boston, Mass.," is listed in black lettering.
