The Story Of A Busy Mother And A New Kind Of Soup
The front panel features the title "The Story of a Busy Mother and a New Kind of Soup" in black and red lettering against a yellow background followed by a photographic illustration of a happy mother. The back panel begins with the heading "Good Things...come in little packages" and consists of a promotion for Maggi's Soup Tablets. In the center, there is a color illustration of three bowls of soup and a package of Soup Tablets. At the bottom, the company name and address are listed along with a seal from the Bureau of Foods Sanitation and Health. The inside panels start with a story about a modern wife who served Maggi's soups to her family. There is a quote in black lettering at the top that reads "It's not so much getting a husband, but it's pleasing him after you have him." When the inside panels are opened all the way, there are nineteen dishes stated in black and red lettering. Some dishes include spring vegetable, green pea, pea & sago, mock turtle, barley, potato, and star paste. All dishes listed consists of a detailed description and some ingredients that can be found in it. Along the bottom, there are six black and white illustrations of plantations and the home of Maggi Co.
