Pages three through thirteen consists for general information regarding topics such as seafood species chart, piscatorial primer, shellfish, and timetable for cooking fish. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes including foods such as catfish, clams, crab, cod, fish fillets, fish steaks, fish sticks, haddock, halibut, lobster, oysters, perch, salmon, sardines, sauces, shrimp, sole, tuna, and trout. Each recipe entails a list of all ingredients necessary, detailed directions, and multiple recipes contain a photographic illustration of the prepared dish. The back end page features a promotion for other "Famous Kitchen Cook Books" from Pillsbury Publications. In the bottom left corner, there is a section for consumers to order whichever book they would like. There are blank lines for their name, address, city, state and zip.
