The back cover contains a large photo of Dole products along with the company name and address located at the bottom. The front end page is titled "Recipes" and includes seven different categories such as breakfast, sandwich, salads and vegetables, soup, main dish, dessert, and beverage. Each recipe includes a list of ingredients, directions, and illustrations to help show how to prepare the dish. Some recipes include fruity breakfast parfait, fruit 'n' juice breakfast shake, raisin buddy banana muffins, banana peanut butter sandwich, carrot & raisin sunshine salad, vegetable pasta italiano, and shimmering tropical fruit.
