The front panel features a large modern drawing of a pineapple consisting of the colors yellow and green. The title "A New Style. Five Feet of Flavor" is written in green, yellow and white lettering along the right side of the pineapple with a large measuring tape underneath. At the bottom, there is a few lines explaining what can be found in this leaflet along with the phrase "Dole Royal Spears" written in green lettering. The back panel contains three recipes including chocolate pineapple pie, pineapple filling, and topping. Each recipe entails the ingredients needed plus a paragraph explaining how to prepare the dish. At the bottom, there is a description for the "Special Royal Hawaiian Iced Tea." The inside panels are dedicated to various recipes that utilize Dole Hawaiian Pineapple. Some of the recipes include pineapple-Roquefort-olive canape, pineapple-anchovy-cheese sandwich, meat loaf Honolulu, royal spears ice box cake, royal spear fritters, pineapple cheese platter Hawaii, and ginger spear top-over cake. There are drawn color illustration throughout the inside panels of different dishes and platters.
