Pages twenty and twenty one include illustrations, maps and information about The Island of Lanai. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that utilize Hawaiian Pineapple in them such as Hawaiian pineapple and chicken salad, Hawaiian pineapple fruit salad, stuffed tomato and Hawaiian pineapple salad, Hawaiian pineapple and candied sweet potatoes, Hawaiian pineapple fritters, Hawaiian pineapple sauce, Hawaiian pineapple cup, Hawaiian pineapple marshmallow whip. Each recipe includes a color illustration along with all the ingredients necessary and step-by-step directions.
