The front cover features a drawn black and white illustration of a range in an orange and black rimmed circle. Below the illustration, the title "National Hotel and Cafe Ranges" is written in black lettering against a background that consists of orange and white rays. At the bottom, the company name and address is listed between two logos for the company. The back cover is missing. The inside pages are filled with various models for the Excelsior Stove & MFG. Company. Most models include a black and white illustration, description, attachments, specifications and prices. The two main models discussed are the Hotel National and Cafe National. All models after that are replications with some kind of modification or variation. Some of the differences between models include number of ovens, size, and whether or not a griddle and broiler are included. On page six, there is a page for extra construction features. This page contains the term for the new feature in addition to a detailed description. There is a price list glued to the first page.
