The inside pages begin with a title page that entails the title, price, and publishing information. Page two consists of "A Word About This Book" written by the Home Economics Department of Standard Electric Manufacturing Corporation. The rest of the inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that fall under the categories of meats, fish, soups, eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, cakes, pies, candies, cookies, and biscuits. Pages fifty nine through sixty eight include "Balanced Menus" for all meals. Some of the balanced oven dinners include riced potatoes, fried chicken, green beans, suet pudding and vitamin salad. The last inside page is dedicated to "Personal Recipes," where one can write down any recipes of their own.
