Description:
The front cover features a blue line at the top and bottom with the title "Standard Instructions and Recipes" located in the center. At the bottom, the company name and address is listed in blue lettering. The back cover is a plain cream color with the form number and printing information at the bottom. The inside pages begin with general instructions for various model numbers along with different appliances such as broilers, ovens and cookers. On page fifteen, there is an Oven Schedule for foods including meats, pastries, fowl, and vegetables. All recipes begin on page seventeen and continue through page thirty. Some recipes include asparagus, fish, roast beef, chicken pie, boiled potatoes, stewed onions, quick tea rolls, popovers, fresh apple pie, white loaf cake, sponge cake, and devils food. All recipes include ingredients and step-by-step instructions. The last inside page entails "Kettles for Electric Range." There are six different items, each with a picture and description following it.
