The Art Of Coffee-Making 
The front cover features a drawn color illustration of five different colored cups of coffee on a brown artist's palette. The title "The Art of Coffee-Making" is listed above the illustration in white lettering against a brown background. The back cover is a plain brown color. The inside pages begin with the copyright information along with a dedication page to the perfection in the brewing of good coffee. On page six, there is a table of contents followed by an informational section on pages seven and eight titled "Good Coffee Deserves Care In Brewing." The rest of the inside pages consists of facts, methods or different types of coffee. For example, on pages twenty four and twenty five, there are helpful hints and a few precautions listed such as buy coffee in the right size container, keep coffee in original container, certain foods change the taste of coffee, for those who make only a few cups at a time, keep your coffee-maker exclusive, treat your coffee right, an unused coffeepot gives an unwelcome taste, keep an eye on the condition of your coffee-maker, and the age of retirement. All of these main headings have informational paragraphs that follow. The last inside page has a can of Hills Bros. Coffee depicted at the bottom in addition to a list of how many employees at Hills Bros. have been in the coffee industry and for how long. The copyright statement on the verso of the title page provides blanket permission for instructors of Home Economics to reproduce for academic and educational use any coffee making instructions contained in the booklet.
