Description:
The front cover features the title "Hitch Your Appetite To The Stars" in yellow lettering and is filled with white stars and contains a blue background. In the center, there is a loaf of bread in a red, white and blue package. At the bottom, the phrase "129 Delicious Ways to Serve Tip-Top Bread" is stated in green lettering against a yellow background. The back cover begins at the top with the words "The stars tell you" and continues with a paragraph explaining the product of Enriched Tip-Top Bread. There are two loafs of bread located below the paragraph and a phrase at the bottom that reads "Enriched Tip-Top Is Better Bread" in green lettering against a yellow background. The front end page consists of Ward's Tip-Top Bread logo and the phrase "The Shield's of Quality." The inside pages are filled with various recipes that use a form of Tip-Top Bread. Some recipes include plain bread stuffing, crumb sauce, marrow balls, toast cubes, cheese roll-ups, blushing bunny, barbecued steak sandwiches, pinwheel sandwiches, and spiced honey toast. There are photographic illustrations throughout the inside pages of different prepared dishes. The bottom of the inside pages has a red border with various slogans about Tip-Top Bread and toasters. The back end page is titled "Tip-Top Cakes Are Tip-Top Too" and contains five different types of desserts and their descriptions along with a drawn color illustration of each.
