The front panel features a drawn color illustration of a lions head in the center outlined by a white circle. At the top, the word lion is written in white bold lettering and underneath the illustration the phrase fancy roasted coffee is written in black and white lettering. Along the left side the company name and address is written in orange lettering against a black background. In between the company name and address there is a red and white design outlined with a thick green line. The back panel consists of a drawn illustration containing cupid wearing a red Woolson Spice Co. banner held up by another cupid. The banner unfurls over a chariot pulled by a red lion. Along the side, there are red, black and white promotions with a yellow background. Some of the promotional phrases include Strength & Flavor, Choice Coffee and The only consideration in the production of the Lion Brand. The inside panels begin on the left with a black and white sketch of a cook ringing a dinner bell and three individuals coming down the stairs. The right panel entails a poem called "The Family Favorite."
