The front of the trade card features a drawn color illustration of a two layered teared glass dish(epergne) loaded with fruit plus various dishes filled with fruit, a bottle of Van Duzer's Extract and cakes on a white table cloth. There is a young girl that has her hand on top of the epergne and her left hand is resting on the fruit table.
