Before They Had The "Sun-Dial" Gas Stove
The front cover begins at the top with the title "before They Had The Sun Dial Gas Stove" and continues with a drawn color illustration. The illustration consists of a cartoon maid telling Father, Mother and children that breakfast was not ready because of the coal stove. There is coal spilling out of a container and the stove is on fire in the background. Below the illustration, there is a few lines describing the scenario. The back cover features a drawn color illustration of "After They Had Purchased The Sun Dial Stove." the illustration consists of the same cartoon characters as the front cover except now the maid is telling the family that the gas stove works great and she wouldn't object to a small reduction of her wages. The kitchen in the illustration is nicely put together with the prepared food popping out of the stove. The front end page entails a few paragraphs describing the product and the advantages. There is a "Table of comparison between cost of cooking by coal and gas' located inside along with drawn illustrations of the gas stove and gas hot water generator.
