The front cover is a wraparound black and white checks at the top and bottom. In the center, there is a drawn black and white illustration consisting of a fat teenager cartoon looking into a mirror. The back of the inside pages contain recipes including "Cheese Souffle" and "Stuffed Peppers." The back end page entails a couple paragraphs about Keeping up the good work and principles of reducing. In the lower right corner, there is a box of Ry-Krisp along with the copyright information.
