Description:

The front cover begins at the top with two rows of black and white checks. Below the checkered lines, there are three black lines framed around the title "Low-Point Low-Calorie Meal Planner." At the bottom, there is are matching checkered lines that is also on the top. The back cover is plain. The front end page has a very brief table of contents stating which pages are for women and men. The following inside pages features topics such as "Dangers of excess fat," "Lose Fat...Be Fit" and "Diet must supply protective foods." Page four begins the diets for women. This include Do's and Don'ts along with different combinations of choices to eat at each meal during the week. Page ten begins the diets for men consisting of the same thing as the women except the combinations of choices offered are different. The back of the inside pages feature various recipes such as "Creole Beans," "Broiled Brains," "Tomato Sauce" and "Kidney Stew." The back end page consists of a few paragraphs describing the product along with a box of Ry-Krisp and a section of crackers outside of the box.
