The back panel contains both wraparound borders on the top and bottom. Below the border, there are few paragraphs describing "Tips on South African Rock Lobster Tails." At the bottom, the company name and address are listed along with the copyright date. The inside panels begin with "If a South African Rock Lobster Tail could talk" story and continue with various recipes for Rock Lobster Tail. Some recipes include Cape Fritters, Oceana Wiggle and Lobster Mushroom Dish.
