Some recipes include Ham Loaf, Cheese Souffle, Baked Apples, Date Nut Bread, Individual Cottage Pudding, and Coconut Jelly Balls. Each recipe includes the ingredients needed plus detailed directions on how to prepare the dish. There are also different black and white photographic illustrations of different foods prepared in McKee Glass Co. dishes.
