The front panel has the title "Presenting! Crinkle filter cup bare facts on the inside fold of this issue" written in blue lettering on the left side. On the right side, there is a photo of a bare baby standing next to a table. Below the title and the photo, the phrase "Novel uses for crinkle cups contest" is state in white lettering with a blue background behind it. The back panel begins with a coupon for a free offer for Family Utility packages. It is outlined in a blue design with the words "Crinkle" written around it. Underneath the free offer, the statement "Use crinkle filter cups" is written in white lettering with a blue background. The first fold has a title at the top saying "Delicious crinkle cup recipes" followed by the two recipes. The recipe on the left is for Pineapple Tarts and the recipe on the right is for Lemon Molasses Cup Cakes. Below both recipes, the phrase "Serve your cake with delicious filter cup coffee" is written in white lettering with a blue background. The second fold starts with the main topic of "Novel uses for crinkle cups contest." There is a letter from "This month's winner" whose name is Mrs. M. Graham. It also informs all individuals where to send their correspondences for this contest. At the bottom, there is a Good Housekeeping Institute logo stating they were tested and approved. The third fold, starts off on the left side with the bare baby picture that was also on the front panel. Except this time, the baby is an orange color and on each side of the picture it says "Bare Facts" in orange lettering. Below the picture, there are various paragraphs describing different features of the Crinkle Filter Cups. On the right side of the third fold, there is a special introductory offer that has blank lines to allow individuals to odder Crinkle Filter Cups. There is also directions on how to use the Crinkle Filter Cups in a paragraph on the right side. At the very bottom the phrase "For use in both percolator and dripolators" is written in blue lettering with an orange striped background. No page numbers.
