This pamphlet is a die-cut acorn. The front cover has an acorn as the background along with the phrase "Acorn Calendar 1885" written in the center of the acorn. At the bottom, the publisher is listed in a brown font. The back cover has the same background along with the publisher. The only difference is the phrase at the top reads "Acorn Cooking & Heating Stoves." Both the front end page and back end page consist of a stamp that states "P.D. Boname, Oxford, N.Y." All of the inside pages are a calendar for the year 1885. Each month has a different phrase at the bottom. The pages are held together by a rivet allowing the pages to be rotated as the month changes so the calendar is not destroyed moving from month to month. There are no page numbers.
