Description:
The front of the trade card is a drawn color illustration of a Dutch windmill along with oak trees and acorns and boats. The bottom left has the publisher "Rathbone Stove Works, Albany, N.Y." written in a black, fancy text. The bottom right corner has the phrase "For sale by: J. H. Lamson, West Randolph, VT." The brand is also located at the top right corner reading "Acorn Stoves & Ranges." The back of the trade card has two drawn illustrations in black and white of stoves. Below both pictures, the phrase "Prize Acorn" is written. There are paragraphs describing the key facts about each stove located in the drawn illustration. At the very bottom, there are two phrases. The one on the left states "The best are cheapest." and the phrase on the right reads "A stove for a life time." The entire trade card is a beige background.
