Description:
The front cover is a beige background with a green, white and beige frame going around the title "The Magic Crystal." There is a drawn color illustration of a fully clothed fairy princess hovering above a basket of clothes held by a maid wearing a white headpiece and a red and white checkered dress with white cuffs and a collar. The back cover entails a drawn color illustration of a large Borax Box on the left and a women using the wringer washer machine on the right. There is a vibrant yellow background and at the very bottom there is a stage coach. The inside pages consist of various rooms in a household where Borax can be used. Some places include the kitchen, bathroom, nursery and sickroom. The last inside page contains information about the history of Borax.
