This is a 16 page pamphlet consisting of a cream color on each page with green text. The front cover starts out at the top with a bar of curlicues. Underneath the bar, there is the title that reads "From Soup to Nuts with Puritan Malt Recipes." Following the title, there is another bar of curlicues that outlines the phrase "America's Greatest Advertised Brand." The last item on the front cover is the publisher, which is Puritan Malt Extract Co., Chicago. The back cover is the last page of the pamphlet and has recipes on it. The inside pages start off with a foreword and then continues with recipes for the main headings of soups, breads, meat dishes, vegetables, cheese dishes, fried foods, salads, puddings, cakes, cookies, pies, desserts, and beverages. The last page looks exactly like the pages in the pamphlet except it consists of recipes for candies. All recipes list ingredients that are needed along with step by step directions on how to make the dish.
