Rubyettes, A New Fruit Product With A Wonderfully Pleasing And Distinctive Flavor


The front panel is a cream color with the word Rubyettes located at the top of the page. There is a red shield behind the "Ru" in Rubyettes. Below this, there is a drawn illustration of a large jar of Rubyettes beside a sherbert glass filled with pears and topped with Rubyettes. The back panel contains a drawn illustration of a grapefruit with Rubyettes, fruit salad, and a glass of fruit punch. There is also three recipes located in the center of the panel. These recipes include Grapefruit Rubyette, Fruit Salad, Fruit Punch or Lemonade. At the bottom, there is an outlined box that is filled with various uses for Rubyettes. Opening the first fold, there are five recipes that suggest different ways to use Rubyettes. These include Rubyettes Melba, Frozen Pudding, Rubyette Tart, Fruit Cocktail, Baked Apples California. Opening the second fold, four more recipes appear named Charlotte Russe, Rubyette Omelet, Rubyette Delicious and Rubyette Bread Pudding.
