The die-cut advertising card features text that reads "A Smile With Every Bite" and Butter-Nut Bread, beneath a color drawing of a young girl with a big smile carrying a huge loaf of bread. Most of the card has a yellow background, but with some blue and orange lines along the edges. Near the bottom are two black and white drawings of Butter-Nut's Little Chef. Just inside the lines across the bottom is additional text reading Made In U.S.A., No 5-2 Schulze Advertising Service, Bakery Advertising, Chicago. The back of the card is blank and without color.
