There is information on menu planning, recipes, iron content of foods, a page on Kellogg's All-Bran,bran recipes, constipation, corrective diet suggestions, Kellogg Hag Coffee (decaffeinated), Kellogg's various cereals, foods for school children, available pamphlets, and one day's meals for a school child. The end page has the copyright information, the cereals Kellogg makes, and H.E. 16 and Printed in the U.S.A.
