The front of this pamphlet has Microwave Cooking in black on a gray background above a drawing of a table with fresh vegetables, a glass of wine and a pitcher around a platter of seafood and vegetables. The back cover is blank. The front end page has User Instructions with "Precautions to avoid possible exposure to excessive microwave energy" above "The Magic of Microwave Cooking." The first page has an explanation of how microwaves work and cooking times followed by charts for selecting cooking utensils, defrosting meats, cooking meats, poultry, seafood, fresh and frozen vegetables and instructions for frozen foods, T.V. dinners, individual frozen foods and frozen foods in cooking pouches or boilable bags. On the last page are recipes for Parmesan Fish Fillets, Ham Loaf, Potatoes Au Gratin, Macaroni and Cheese and Chicken Dijon.
