Description:
This one-sided instruction sheet for replacement of the pressure pan handle was found in the Mirro-Matic Pressure Pan Directions, Recipes, Time Tables [1954] booklet. There are four steps with illustrations to replacing the handle. Attached to the back is a 12.1 x 7.6 cm blue and white illustrated sheet with "ATTENTION!" at the top of instructions to prepare the pressure pan for display and, specifically, how to close the pressure pan.
