This pamphlet was included with the purchase of the Mirro Cooky Press. There are color photographs of seven different kinds of cookies and pastries on the right with the title on the left in red. Teh back cover has a black-and-white photograph of a woman's hands using the cooky press with "New Mirro Cook Press Makes a perfect gift!" in black on a yellow background, with instructions to use the order form on the back end page to send in for one for $1.00 and a name panel from one pound of any brand of butter. The order blank can also be sent in for eight Mirro cooky patterns and three pastry tips for only 35¢. The first two pages, in yellow, black and white, show eight illustrated steps to using the Mirro press and are followed by information on caring for the cooky press, preparing ingredients and utensils, measuring ingredients and storage of cookies. There are tips for decorating cookies and a promotion for using butter in recipes (this pamphlet is also sponsored by the American Dairy Association). There are recipes, some with black-and-white photographs, for 12 kinds of cookies, tortes, cheese straws and appetizers, cream puffs, eclairs and lady fingers.
