Instructions on cleaning and preparation, including four "Do Not Do These" suggestions, precede recipes for tortes, cream puffs, eclairs, lady fingers and 22 kinds of cookies. There are also tips for tinting dough and decorating cookies on the back end page. There are no page numbers.
