This leaflet opens to a 65.6 x 50.8 cm map of metropolitan Milwaukee. The front panel says Welcome to Milwaukee and has a space for an address. The back panel is blank. The map is a 3D rendition of the streets and buildings. There is an inset with the buildings of the Blatz Brewing Co. labeled. When the map is open the middle is 4 panels with "Visitors from everywhere quickly discover why Milwaukeeans prefer Blatz Bottle Beer. There are drawings of two beer bottles and an outline of the U.S. with a drawing of the brewery buildings. The set of four panels that do not have the front and back ones says "Since 1851 Beer at its Best for those who want the Best followed by a short history of the company and a small map. The last third has the two outside panels and two panels with " A Toast to Milwaukee Visitors...AND A HEARTY GREETING FROM BLATZ" and a drawing of a woman's head and her hand holding a glass of beer and two beer bottles. The predominant colors on the outside are blue, yellow, and white. The map is mainly yellow and red.
