The back cover is goldenrod with "These Features Make Mirro-Matic the Most-Wanted Pressure Pan" with seven features listed in black and red print. The front end page has a table of contents with information on how to replace the safety fuse. The title page has a black-and-white photograph of the Mirro test kitchen above the title and company name and address. There is a list of Mirro-Matic Parts with illustrations and prices (both East and West prices), Important! warnings, detailed instructions on How To Cook, Important Don'ts!, how to clean the Mirro-Matic, Mirro-Matic features with illustrations, and how the Mirro-Matic saves vitamins, flavor and time. There are tables for cooking various foods: Fresh Vegetables, Dried Vegetables, Dried Fruits, Cereals, Meats and Fowl, Soups and Chowders, Pasta and Rice, Fish and Sea Food and Frozen Vegetables amid the recipes. There is a section with instructions and time tables for pressure canning followed by a promo about Mirro products, how they are tested and approved and three Mirro-Matic Accessories. The last two pages and back end page has illustrations and descriptions of Mirro products.
