The front end page has "Science Finds a Better Way - Waterless Cooking" in orange print with in black text a description of the waterless process, its nutritional advantages, its economic advantages and how to use and care for the aluminum waterless cooker. There is a Directions Chart for the Improved Aluminum Waterless Cooker followed by a promotion of the "9 Advantages of Health and Economy cooking with the Improved Aluminum Waterless Cooker" with a color illustration of a woman in an apron removing food from a cooker on a table. Tested Recipes for main dishes are followed by "Additional Suggestions For Waterless Cooker Dishes and recipes for desserts. The back end page shows Additional Cooker Insets: wire rack, pudding pan and duplicate pans. Although there is no mention of Mirro or the Aluminum Goods Manufacturing Company, the last page has "The Best Cooks Use Aluminum" which was later used with Mirro products.
