The front end page has a brown, orange and gold "seal of authority" which says, "Mirro Aluminum Domestic Science Tested" with information on where recipes are tested. The back end page has a Direction Chart for cooking various meats and vegetables "with Little or No Water." An introduction provides an overview of the Mirro Vapo-Seal method of cooking with little or no water to preserve vitamins.
