Save The Flavor! Freeze Fruits With A-C-M, Protect Fresh Fruits, Too! Also on the front panel is a color drawing of a jar of A-C-M partially behind a bowl of sliced peaches. The drawing wraps around to the back cover of the leaflet, where text is headlined Try A-C-M In Canning Fruit and A-C-M For Freezing Fish And Meat. At the bottom of the back panel is additional text: Chas. Pfizer & Co., Inc., 630 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn 6, N.Y., A 4 1.2 oz. Jar of A-C-M Is Enough to Treat Approximately 65 lbs. of Prepared Fruit. (Form) No. F415-4-3-250M. Inside panels provide directions on how to freeze fruits with syrup, plus fruit frozen with sugar. An A-C-M Treatment Chart includes headings for Preparation, Syrup Pack, and Dry Sugar Pack, for Apples, Apricots, Berries, Cherries, Fruit Cocktail, Peaches, and Pears. Black and white drawings accompany the directions.
