The tradecard is actually a five-fold leaflet with six colored panels of tradecards, still attached. The cover card features a color drawing of a little boy eating a bowl of Hecker's Cream Farina, with text that reads 60 Years The Best "Hecker Quality." The back cover card features a baby boy with an empty box of Hecker's Buckwheat on his head reaching for a stack of pancakes, with script text reading He Knows A Good Thing When He Sees It. Promotional text appears on the back side of each tradecard.
