Description:
The front of this leaflet has Round Oak in red print on a yellow background with Royal Powerflame Oil Range in black on a large brown splotch. Below is "Something new . . . something different for better, modern cooking service." . On the left is a large black-and-white photograph of a woman wearing a yellow apron, stirring something in a Pyrex dish on the stove. A brown arrow pointing to the stove top says, "A large roomy convenient cooking top" in white print. Below is the Round Oak logo in red. A vignette of photographs of a turkey, cake, doughnuts, muffins, pie and bread is on the lower right. The back has "Approved by the Underwriter's Laboratories" in black print on a red background at the top. Photographs of parts of the stove and a box with specifications for the gas and electric models surround a testimonial letter from L.E. Larkin & Son, restaurant owner from Dowagiac, Michigan. The inside spread has a red background with "Give yourself New Freedom With A Round Oak Powerflame Oil Range" across the top in white, "The Round Oil Folks make good goods only" in the center, and "Round Oak Company, Dowagiac, Mich. Stoves, Ranges, Furnaces, Oil Burners, Air Conditioning" at the bottom with the Round Oak logo in the middle. Four black-and-white photographs of various models and views, two colored with yellow, accompany text about the benefits of the Powerflame Oil Range.
