On the back, two thin red lines frame a color drawing of a pedestal dish filled with Knox Marshmallows. Below is the company name and address. The first three pages tell how to use Knox Gelatine and provide tips for serving. It proclaims "Buy KNOX GELATINE . . . . It's not like pie -- it's healthful." The back end page has a form to order the recipe book, "Dainty Desserts for Dainty People" by sending a two-cent stamp. Color drawings accompany some of the recipes. There are no page numbers.
