The wraparound green cover has black print on the front with a large Frigidaire logo in a black background above the title. A dealer's name, V.E. Lutz, 23-25 Blandfort St., Kenmore 7900, Boston, is stamped in red in the lower right corner. The back cover is blank. The title page has a black-and-white photograph of a tray of desserts above the title with the Frigidaire Corporation, Subsidiary of General Motors Corporation, Dayton, Ohio, U.S.A at the bottom. The first page tells that the recipes in this pamphlet have been tested and approved by Miss Verna L. Miller, Home Economist of Frigidaire Corporation. Inside is a promotion for the Frigidaire "Cold Control" which tells how desserts are quickly frozen and practical hints in dessert making. Following are several recipes for frozen creams, cereal desserts, frozen cream sauces, mousses, parfaits, ices and sherbets and chilled desserts. The next section explains how the Frigidaire Hydrator keeps vegetable and fruits fresh, followed by recipes for vegetable salads, meat salads, chilled fruit salads, frozen salads and salad dressings. There are instructions to make garnished, colored and decorated ice cubes. Placing Food In Frigidaire has diagrams and explanations of how and where to store foods in the Frigidaire. There is a two-page index at the end.
