The front end page has color photographs of Presto Marble Cake, Presto Layer Cake and Presto Chocolate Sponge Cake with copyright information at the bottom. The back end page has color photographs of a Presto Gold Cake, Presto Butterscotch Pie and Presto Imperial Cake. The first five pages have an introduction and "all the beginner needs to know to start right in": About Measuring, Materials For Good Cakes; Just Two Kinds Of Cake, The Start; How Butter Cakes Are Made;, How To Make A Sponge Cake; Why Presto Gives You Better Results; Recipes For Girls; and Try These Famous Hecker-H-O Products. There is a two-page index at the end of the pamphlet and color photographs with the recipes on the middle four pages. There is a single hole punch in the upper left corner of the pamphlet.
