Below Cookbook is Published by The Michigan Bean Commission Lansing Michigan. The text alternates between blue and brown. The back cover has a brown rectangle at the bottom with the Commission's address. IN the lower right corner is Litho in USA 50M - 8-81. The title page has in addition to the title a short introduction to the Michigan Bean Commission. The sections of the pamphlet are: Bean Tips; Appetizers; Bake Beans; Home Canning; International Classics; Main Dishes; Quantity; Salads; Sandwiches; Soups; and South of the Border. There are line drawings of bean pots throughout as well as interesting factoids in brown rectangles to set them off from the recipes.
