no preview available

This is a single ivory sheet with five folds. The front panel has the words BEAN CUISINE repeated over and over for ten lines. There is a bean pot that is blue and black with a crown on it. The back panel has the return address of the Michigan Bean Commisssion, place for an address, and a bulk rate postage paid permit. Opening the leaflet, there is a brownish tan border on the left side of all panels with the name of what is on that panel. All but two are recipes. The others are: Cooking instructions for dry beans and one for ordering The Michigan Bean Cookbook. The panel with the order form has a colored line drawing of the booklet and the logo of the Michigan Bean Commission.
